Bharat Forge Limited announced that Bharat Forge Holding GmbH, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, has merged with Bharat Forge Global Holding GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary and immediate holding company, effective August 25, 2026, pursuant to a merger agreement dated August 18, 2026. As a result of the merger, Bharat Forge Holding GmbH ceases to exist, and Bharat Forge Aluminiumtechnik GmbH, previously a subsidiary of Bharat Forge Holding GmbH, has become a direct subsidiary of Bharat Forge Global Holding GmbH; the company stated the merger simplifies its structure and has no financial implication for its standalone or consolidated financial statements.
