Embassy Office Parks REIT will not redeem Rs 1000 crore debentures, as previously indicated

Embassy Office Parks REIT has decided not to exercise its call option on Series VI Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs 1000 crore, originally issued on March 31, 2022, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 10, 2026; the decision follows a previous intimation dated August 24, 2026, and means the debentures will not be redeemed on October 5, 2026.
