Shadowfax Technologies allotted equity shares to employees, raising share capital by Rs 15.73 crore

Shadowfax Technologies Limited announced the allotment of 1,57,314 equity shares to eligible employees under its SFX ESOP 2016 plan on September 10, 2026, increasing the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 5,86,73,05,660 (58,67,30,566 shares) to Rs 5,86,88,78,800 (58,68,87,880 shares), with the exercise price at Rs 10 per option and Rs 15,73,140 realized from the exercise.
