Sammaan Capital shareholders approved a consolidation scheme with Sammaan Finserve, per NCLT order

Sammaan Capital Limited convened a meeting of its equity shareholders on Thursday, September 10, 2026, to approve a Scheme of Arrangement between Sammaan Finserve Limited and Sammaan Capital Limited, under Sections 230-232 and Section 52, Section 66 of the Companies Act, 2013, which will consolidate the non-banking financial business activities of both companies into a single entity. The meeting, chaired by Adv. Manisha Chava and Adv. Sunil Sharma, was conducted via video conference following an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench, and utilized e-voting services from Kfin Technologies Limited.
