Poonawalla Fincorp secures approval to issue debentures up to Rs 2000 crore on BSE

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced it has received approval from its Finance Committee to issue secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures totaling up to Rs 2000,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Crore only) through a private placement to eligible investors, to be listed on BSE Limited. The issuance includes PFL NCD series E1 FY 2026-27 with a base issue of Rs 100,00,00,000 and a green shoe option of Rs 400,00,00,000, and PFL NCD SERIES F1 FY 2026 -27 with a base issue of Rs 750,00,00,000 and a green shoe option of Rs 750,00,00,000.
