Modern Dairies Limited announced the allotment of 19,00,000 equity shares to promoters and promoter group following the conversion of warrants, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on September 10, 2026. The allotment, valued at Rs 7,12,50,000, involved Krishan Goyal HUF, Mr. Aditya Goyal, and M/s. Chandigarh Finance Private Limited, who exercised their rights to convert 19,00,000 warrants. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to 3,19,19,861 shares with an amount of Rs 31,91,98,610.
