Purple Finance sells Rs 8.74 crore loan portfolio via direct assignment route

Purple Finance Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved the sale of a portion of its loan portfolio aggregating to Rs 8.74 crore via the Direct Assignment route, with a participation ratio of 90:10 between the assignee and Purple Finance Limited, which will continue to act as the servicer. Additionally, the company approved the allotment of 55,00,000 equity shares to Intellect Money Finvest Private Limited and 27,00,000 equity shares to Ms. Manisha Agarwal, resulting in an increase in the company's paid-up capital.
