Shah Foods Limited announced that Manan Rajesh Patel, an Executive Director and Director Identification Number 03496656, has resigned from his position with effect from September 07, 2026, following the completion of an open offer process in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
