L&T Technology Services granted equity shares to employees exercising stock options

L&T Technology Services has allotted 8,725 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to grantees who exercised vested stock options under the company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 10, 2026.
