Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Kishorkumar Devrajbhai Kakadiya for re-appointment at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and approved holding the 12th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 02:00 P.M. at the company's registered office, with a record date from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and appointed Vijay Anadkat & Associates as scrutinizer for the voting process.
