Regency Fincorp Limited approved issuance of Rs 50 crore debentures via private placement

Regency Fincorp Limited, formerly Regency Investment s Limited, announced that its board approved the issuance of 50,000 secured, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, totaling Rs 50 crore on a private placement basis. The company also appointed Catalyst Trusteeship Limited as trustee and Credora Partners Private Limited as merchant banker for the debenture issuance, and considered a proposal for issuing employee stock options and potentially raising funds through equity shares, warrants, or compulsory convertible debentures.
