GMR Airports secures INR 1,500 crore via bond placement to refinance existing debt

GMR Airports Limited has allotted 1,50,000 non-convertible bonds of INR 1 lakh face value each, totaling INR 1,500 crores, on a private placement basis to refinance existing NCBs, according to a regulatory filing on September 09, 2026. The bonds carry an interest rate of 9.56% and a tenure of up to 36 months, replacing existing NCBs with a rate of 10.75%.
