IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust secures INR 880 crore in debt securities funding

IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust received INR 280 crore towards the Second Pay-In for Series AI Non-Convertible Debt Securities and INR 600 crore for Series AJ Non-Convertible Debt Securities on September 8, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. Consequently, the paid-up value of the Series AI and Series AJ Non-Convertible Debt Securities has been revised from INR 20,000 to INR 1,00,000, with new ISINs INE219X07629 and INE219X07611 listed on the BSE.
