Shalimar Paints shareholders approved financials and re-appointed a director at AGM

Shalimar Paints Limited held its 124th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, via video conference, where shareholders approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mr. Aaditya Gajendra Sharda as a director. Shareholders also approved an increase and restructuring in the company’s authorized share capital, an increase in investment limits under Section 186 of the Companies Act 2013, and ratified the remuneration payable to the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
