Hemo Organic Limited announced that members approved the appointment of M/s. V S S B & Associates as the Statutory Auditor for a term of five years, effective from the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 9, 2026, replacing M/s M A A K & Associates, whose second term concluded at the same meeting.
