Jigar Trivedi & Co as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, effective September 30, 2026, and the change in designation of Mr. Rutvikbhai Mukeshbhai Beladiya from Non-Executive Non-Independent Director to Joint Managing Director for a period of five years, also effective September 30, 2026, both appointments subject to shareholder approval at the company's Annual General Meeting.
