Coforge's O P Bhatt resigns as Chairperson over board evaluation disagreement, Vivek Sharma steps in

Coforge Limited announced that O P Bhatt has resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairperson of the company, effective September 8, 2026, citing disagreement regarding the Board evaluation process and his actions related to it. The Board has designated Non-Executive Independent Director Vivek Sharma as interim Chairperson until January 31, 2027, and Bhatt also held directorship and committee positions at Wockhardt Limited.
