Arcee Industries appoints new directors and CGH & Associates as auditors

Arcee Industries Limited’s board of directors approved the regularization of appointments for Rohan Mehrotra and Amit Kumar as independent directors, and the appointment of Amit Gupta as an additional director, all pending shareholder approval. The board also appointed CGH & Associates as statutory auditors for a five-year term. Details regarding the directors' profiles, relationships, and compliance information are provided in annexures A, B, C, and D, respectively, as per regulatory requirements.
