HMA Agro Industries sells 100% stake in FNS Agro Foods for approximately Rs 5.01 crore

HMA Agro Industries Limited said its board approved the divestment of its entire 100% equity stake in FNS Agro Foods Limited for approximately Rs 5.01 crore, or Rs 55.92 per share. The transaction, expected to be completed by September 30, 2026, will see the buyers, identified as promoters and relatives of promoters of the holding company, acquire the 8,95,593 shares, and will result in FNS Agro Foods Limited ceasing to be a subsidiary of HMA Agro.
