Kaleyra Africa to dissolve following voluntary liquidation approved by South Africa’s CIPC

Tata Communications Limited announced that its wholly owned indirect subsidiary, Kaleyra Africa (Pty) Limited, domiciled in South Africa, has been dissolved with effect from September 4, 2026, following voluntary liquidation with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) in South Africa.
