Innovision Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) / Work Order Engagement from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for toll collection and facility maintenance services at IDTL A and IDTL B Fee Plazas on the Indore Dewas section of NH-3 in Madhya Pradesh. The contract, awarded on September 7, 2026, also includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and recouping consumable items, and is valued at Rs 219,07,29,635. The engagement period is for one year, and Innovision Limited confirmed that no promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
