Kapil Raj Finance Limited has been granted a 3-month extension by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi -I, to hold its 40th Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, pushing the deadline to December 31, 2026. The extension was approved via a letter dated September 8, 2026, following a request made by the company on September 1, 2026, citing difficulties in adhering to the original deadline of September 30, 2026, as stipulated under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013.
