ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted shares under its stock option and unit schemes

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 184,265 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each on September 8, 2026, under its Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005) for 170,850 shares and Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023) for 13,415 shares, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
