Raconteur Global Resources receives Rs 4987.5 million from warrant conversion by investors

Raconteur Global Resources Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 47,499,999 equity shares upon conversion of share warrants at a price of Rs 14 per share, including a premium of Rs 4, to “Non-Promoters/Public Category” investors, resulting in a receipt of Rs 49,87,49,895.50 and increasing the company’s issued and paid-up capital to Rs 18,02,78,420 consisting of 1,80,27,842 equity shares.
