Trucap Finance shareholders’ appeal heard; SEBI reply due within two weeks

Sundae Capital Advisors Private Limited, acting as an intermediary, reported an update on the open offer given by Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Private Limited to the shareholders of Trucap Finance Limited, stating that the appeal in the matter was heard by the Securities Appellate Tribunal on September 07, 2026, and that the Securities and Exchange Board of India has been requested to file a reply within two weeks, with the Appellant granted two weeks to file a rejoinder, and the matter now listed for hearing on October 08, 2026.
