ICRA reaffirmed “ICRA AA-; Stable” rating for SBFC Finance’s Rs 400 crore Non-convertible Debentures

SBFC Finance Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has revalidated the rating of “ICRA AA-; Stable” for its outstanding Non-convertible Debentures amounting to Rs 400.00 crore, with an outlook remaining Stable, and has also indicated a rating of [ICRA]AA- (Stable) for additional NCDs yet to be placed; furthermore, ICRA has validated the rating of [ICRA]A- (Stable) for Non-Convertible Debentures also amounting to Rs 400.00 crore, noting applicability to the Financial Sector Regulator and exclusion from SEBI's grievance redressal mechanisms, while separately assigning an AA- (Stable) rating.
