Federal Bank allotted equity shares to option grantees under multiple ESOS schemes

Federal Bank announced the allotment of 2,27,406 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to option grantees on September 8, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under its ESOS 2010, ESOS 2017, ESOS 2023, and ESIS 2023 schemes, as approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee.
