Swan Engitech Works pledged shares securing a Rs 1,150 crore loan from NaBFID via IDBI Trusteeship

Swan Engitech Works Private Limited disclosed to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has pledged 20,00,000 shares, representing 0.64% of the total share capital of Swan Corp Limited, as security for a financial facility obtained by a group entity. The pledge was created on September 4, 2026, with IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited acting as the security trustee for the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID), which is lending Rs 1,150 crore.
