Senthil Infotek Limited appoints Sudheer as director, shifts office, and focuses on AI

Senthil Infotek Limited appointed Mopperthy Sudheer as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, effective September 7, 2026, and changed the designation of Sunkara Srivatsava from Non-Executive Non-Independent Director to Joint Managing Director for a three-year term, both subject to shareholder approval. The company also shifted its registered office to 3rd Floor, Plot No. 76, Patel Engineering Building, Road No.9A, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, and altered clauses within its Memorandum of Association to focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technology services.
