Diamant Infrastructure Limited has informed the BSE Limited that the cut-off date for remote e-voting for the company’s 46th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, is Tuesday, September 22, 2026, with the remote e-voting period running from Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) to Monday, September 28, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. (IST), and Mr. Avinash Gandhewar, Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the remote e-voting.
