Koiya International’s shareholder register will be closed September 24-30 for its AGM

Koiya International Limited, formerly Popees Cares Limited, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its Register of Beneficial Owners, Register of Members, and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining members eligible to vote or attend the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting.
