Kirloskar Brothers Limited announced the appointment of Dr. Madhuri Kanitkar as an additional director, categorized as an Independent Woman Director, effective September 15, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Dr. Kanitkar, a retired Lieutenant General from the Indian Army, previously served as Deputy Chief of Integrated Defence Staff (Medical) and also held the position of Vice-Chancellor of the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik from July 2021 to October 2025.
