Mphasis Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on September 7, 2026, that its ESOP Compensation Committee cancelled the grant of 4,15,060 Employee Stock Options under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 and 92,400 Restricted Stock Units under the Restricted Stock Units Plan 2021, following prior resolutions passed on August 20, 2026. Simultaneously, the committee approved the grant of 1,01,030 options under the ESOP 2016 at a grant price of Rs 2,371 per option and 22,510 RSUs under the RSU Plan 2021, with a Rs 10 exercise price per RSU.
