Zeal Aqua Limited’s board re-appointed Dhaval Patel as Whole-time Director for three years

Zeal Aqua Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dhaval Shantilal Patel (DIN: 02961674) as Whole-time Director for a further period of 3 years, effective September 22, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the company's next general meeting. Patel, who has been on the board since September 22, 2017, is the son of Whole-Time Director Mr. Shantilal Patel and is not debarred from holding the office of director.
