Avishkar Infra Realty’s board approved solar and green energy business activities

Avishkar Infra Realty Limited announced that its board of directors approved the addition of business activities related to solar and green energy, along with a corresponding change to the company’s memorandum of association, subject to shareholder consent. The board also appointed Ms. Megha Samdani of M/s M K Samdani & Co. as the scrutinizer for the company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. IST via video conference.
