Pearl Global Industries to issue up to 46 million bonus shares on a 1:1 ratio

Pearl Global Industries Limited has fixed September 11, 2026, as the record date for the issuance of up to 4,61,90,542 bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1, with a face value of Rs 5 each, and the deemed date of allotment will be September 15, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The bonus shares will be made available for trading on September 16, 2026.
