Bindal Exports Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the notice for the 19th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. IST through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means, and also approved the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. The board further appointed M. D. Baid & Associates as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process and fixed September 18, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining member eligibility, with Remote E-voting commencing on September 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. IST and ending on September 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST.
