Marg Techno Projects Limited informed the BSE Limited and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited that e-voting will commence at 9:00 am on September 27, 2026, and end at 5:00 pm on September 29, 2026, with the results to be declared on or before October 3, 2026, in connection with the company's Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, at 11:00 am. The record date for the AGM is set as September 23, 2026, and the book closure period will be from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, both days inclusive. CS Jitendra Bhagat will serve as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
