Cubical Financial Services allotted Rs 722.5 million shares to promoters, approved by BSE Limited

Cubical Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 2,89,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares at a price of Rs 2.50 per share to promoters and promoter groups, including Manoj Agrawal, Shikha Agrawal, Manoj Agrawal (HUF), and Kanchan Saraogi, for an aggregate amount of Rs 7,22,50,000. The allotment follows in-principle approval from BSE Limited on July 30, 2026, and prior approval from the Reserve Bank of India, and is part of a larger plan to issue up to 8,00,00,000 equity shares.
