Tranway21 re-appoints Bylappa and Bharat as directors for a five-year term

Tranway21 Technologies Limited announced changes to its management, including the re-appointment of Mrs. Kalavathy Bylappa and Mr. Bharat as Managing Director and Whole Time Directors respectively, for a five-year term commencing July 24, 2026. The company also appointed Ms. Asha Diwakar and Ms. Priyanka Sethia as Additional Directors and Non-Executive Woman Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, while Mr. Chekodu Venkataraja will transition from Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Director, also pending shareholder approval.
