Bal Pharma Ltd. allotted warrants to promoter Shailesh Siroya for Rs 84,00,000

Bal Pharma Ltd. announced the allotment of 10,00,000 warrants on a preferential basis to promoter Mr. Shailesh Siroya, for Rs 8,40,00,000, at an issue price of Rs 84 per warrant. The company received Rs 2,10,00,000, representing 25% of the total amount payable for the warrants, and the allotment was approved by the board on September 7, 2026. Each warrant is convertible into one equity share with a face value of Rs 10 and a premium of Rs 74, and can be exercised within 18 months from the allotment date.
