B&B Triplewall Containers divests 27% stake in Sharvesh Power Projects after agreement rescission

B&B Triplewall Containers Limited announced that its board approved the disinvestment of its entire 27% equity shareholding in Sharvesh Power Projects Private Limited, following the rescission of a Power Purchase Agreement between the two companies. The investment in Sharvesh Power Projects Private Limited was initially made in connection with the Power Purchase Agreement for electricity procurement, and the board’s decision comes as the underlying purpose for the investment no longer exists.
