63 moons Technologies subsidiary acquires significant stake in Ticker Ltd. for Rs 70 crore

63 moons technologies limited said a wholly owned subsidiary, Financial Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, has acquired 2,59,25,926 equity shares of Ticker Ltd. for a consideration of Rs 70 crore on September 4, 2026, increasing the company’s shareholding in Ticker to 65.80% from 0.45%. The acquisition, which constitutes a material related party transaction, was approved by shareholders on August 21, 2026, and involved deploying surplus treasury funds.
