Transworld Shipping Lines acquires two container vessels from Orient Express Lines for $42.78 million

Transworld Shipping Lines Limited, formerly known as Shreyas Shipping & Logistics Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the acquisition of the container vessels "OEL SURYA" from Orient Express Lines Inc. for USD 22.03 million and "OEL VARUN" from Orient Express Lines Inc. for USD 20.75 million, both transactions being conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, Transworld Sea-Connect IFSC Private Limited. The acquisitions, which are subject to shareholder approval, involve parties under common ultimate ownership/control and are considered related party transactions undertaken at arm’s length.
