Cupid Breweries appoints M/s. MMRS & Co. as statutory auditor for five years

Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Limited, formerly known as Cupid Trades and Finance Limited, announced that its board approved the appointment of M/s. MMRS & Co. as statutory auditor for five years commencing from fiscal year 2026-27, and re-appointed M/s. R Narasimha and Associates as internal auditor for fiscal year 2026-27. The board also appointed Ms. Neha Poddar as secretarial auditor for a five-year term and re-appointed Mr. Ninad Maruti Dhuri as an independent director for a second five-year term, all subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting on September 30, 2026.
