Senthil Infotek Limited appoints Sudheer as director, Srivatsava as Joint Managing Director

Senthil Infotek Limited appointed Mopperthy Sudheer as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term and changed the designation of Sunkara Srivatsava to Joint Managing Director for a three-year term, both effective September 7, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The company also shifted its registered office to 3rd Floor, Plot No. 76, Patel Engineering Building, Road No.9A, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, and altered clauses within its Memorandum of Association to focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technology services.
