Aro Granite Industries Limited announced that its board approved the sale of a business unit located in Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited to M/s United Stones Private Limited for Rs 67.00 crore, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot and approvals from other stakeholders. The unit, which contributed Rs 11.96 crore in revenue, representing 16.27% of the company’s total annual consolidated turnover of Rs 73.51 crore, and Rs 48.19 crore to the company’s net worth, representing 27.70% of the audited net worth of Rs 173.94 crore as of March 31, 2026, is being sold as part of a strategic portfolio optimization to unlock capital and reinforce working capital.
