Glaam Up Jwel Limited appoints Nirav Khatri as Managing Director, approves Rs 100 crore borrowing

Glaam Up Jwel Limited, formerly known as Gleam Fabmat Limited, announced several changes following a board meeting on September 7, 2026, including the designation of Nirav Khatri as Managing Director and Amit Gupta as Non-executive Director, effective the same date. The company also appointed Urvik Dipakbhai Joshi as an Additional Independent Director and Vicky Deepakkumar Shah as Chairman, both effective September 7, 2026, and approved a change of corporate office to “909, Ship Epitome, B/S. Infostrech, B/H. Rajpath Club Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380054,” along with the borrowing of up to Rs 100 crore and an increase in limits for creating charges on assets.
