Emkay Global Financial Services Limited announced that its Management Committee approved the allotment of 5,000 rated, listed, senior, unsecured, transferable, redeemable, taxable non-convertible debentures of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 50,00,00,000, with a base issue size of Rs 25,00,00,000 and a green shoe option size of Rs 25,00,00,000, issued at a fixed coupon of 11.50% per annum payable half-yearly and proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Segment of BSE Limited.
