Nagpur Power sets September 22, 2026, as the record date for its AGM

Nagpur Power and Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the record date/cutoff date for determining eligibility of members to vote at the company’s 30th Annual General Meeting will be September 22, 2026, according to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
